We are excited to share the successful execution of The Voice Program, a transformative initiative designed to empower young girls in Nigeria through vital education on menstrual hygiene and career development. Held on Saturday, March 20, 2026, the training took place at the vibrant LasGidi Chaw, Sparkling Road, Dadin Kowa, Jos, Plateau State. This program was a collaborative effort between The Emmanuel Ivorgba Center, Ace Support Initiative, and Rooted Change, all committed to fostering positive change and empowering the next generation of young women.

The event featured a panel of distinguished resource persons who brought a wealth of knowledge and experience. Charity Bako, CEO of the NewBreed Girls, led discussions on menstrual hygiene, emphasizing the importance of health, dignity, and confidence for young girls. Mr. Paul Edward, CEO of Q Express and Design in Jos, shared insights on career strategy, inspiring the girls to pursue their ambitions with clarity and determination. Mr. Daniel Ndukwe, Programs Coordinator at The Emmanuel Ivorgba Center, facilitated engaging sessions that aimed to boost self-esteem and provide practical guidance on personal development.

Throughout the day, participants engaged in interactive discussions, group activities, and Q&A sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue. The program aimed not only to educate but also to empower girls to overcome stigmas associated with menstruation and to see their potential beyond societal limitations. This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to investing in the futures of young girls and promoting gender equality. We believe that informed, confident girls are the key to a brighter, more inclusive Nigeria. We look forward to continuing this impactful journey and expanding our reach. Stay tuned for more updates as we work together to create a future where every girl has the opportunity to thrive.

We are proud to have been a part of this initiative, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on the lives of these young girls. The Voice Program is a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of investing in the futures of our youth. Stay tuned for more updates on this project, and join us in our mission to empower young girls in Nigeria.
