OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The Emmanuel Ivorgba Center is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives. Our mission is to foster education, economic growth, peace, and social well-being by providing vital resources, training, and support to underserved populations. We focus particularly on youth, women, and marginalized groups, striving to create lasting positive change and build resilient, thriving communities.
OUR THEORY OF CHANGE
Our Theory of Change centers on building self-sufficient, peaceful communities through resource provision and capacity development. By offering resources, education, vocational training, economic support, and promoting community engagement, individuals gain knowledge and skills, boosting their confidence and abilities. As confidence and skills grow, their livelihoods improve and social networks strengthen. Enhanced livelihoods and stronger networks lead to more socially cohesive, economically stable, and locally driven communities. Consequently, this process fosters sustainable community development, reduces poverty and inequality, and advances social justice and peace.
