THE VOICE FELLOWS 2026 COHORT

The VOICE Program is a pioneering initiative dedicated to empowering young girls aged 18-25 years old,  in underserved communities across Nigeria. The program focuses on addressing critical challenges such as limited access to quality education, early marriage, gender-based violence, and socio-cultural barriers that hinder girls’ development. Through mentorship, skill-building, and community engagement, THE VOICE Program creates a safe, nurturing environment where girls can blossom into confident leaders and change-makers. The girls are passionate about breaking stereotypes, advocating for their rights, and inspiring positive change.
